POI quality checklist
- Government/official authority issued.
- Photo፣ full legal name እና date of birth በግልጽ ይታዩ።
- Holder 18+ ነው።
- Document ቢያንስ 3 months የሚቆይ validity አለው።
- ሁሉም ጠርዞች ይታያሉ፤ front/back ካለ ሁለቱም ይላኩ።
- JPG/BMP/PNG/PDF እና ከ50 MB በታች።
POA quality checklist
- ከregistered residence country የተሰጠ።
- Full name ከPOI/PA ጋር ይዛመዳል።
- Full residential address ይታያል።
- Issue date ባለፉት 6 months ውስጥ ነው።
- Official utility/bank/tax/government document ነው።
- Edited image፣ receipt ወይም insurance statement አይደለም።
Rejection workflow
- PA/email ውስጥ exact rejection reason ያንብቡ።
- አንድ ችግኝ ብቻ አይገምቱ፤ ሁሉንም requirements እንደገና ይፈትሹ።
- Original document ን በብርሃን እና full edges እንደገና capture ያድርጉ።
- Requested document type ብቻ ይላኩ።
- 24 hours ካለፈ እና update ከሌለ Support Hub ticket ይክፈቱ።
Data safety
Documents ወደ PA official upload ብቻ ይላኩ። WhatsApp/Telegram “verifier” አይጠቀሙ። Screenshot ለsupport ሲላክ password፣ OTP፣ full card number እና የማያስፈልግ personal data ይደብቁ።

National ID እንደ POA ይቀበላል?
Current guidance identity document እንደ POA አይቀበልም፤ PA የሚጠይቀውን address document ይጠቀሙ።
Scanned copy ይቻላል?
Clear photo፣ scan ወይም photocopy ሊቀበል ይችላል፤ file type/size እና full edges ያሟሉ።
Document ን edit ላድርግ?
አይ። Edited image ውድቅ ሊሆን ይችላል። በመተግበር በፊት መሣሪያውን፣ connection statusን፣ የaccount መረጃን እና የorder historyን እንደገና ያረጋግጡ።
