Status versus account type
Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Raw Spread and Zero describe trading-account models. Swap-free describes an overnight-charge treatment applied at Personal Area level under current conditions. Opening another account inside the same PA does not create an independent religious certification.
Administration-fee boundary
Exness may apply administration fees to overnight orders based on trading activity, potentially including already-open orders after notice under the agreement. Current timing is after 21:00 UTC in summer or 22:00 UTC in winter, Monday–Friday. Check the PA/email and exact instrument tier before holding overnight.
Independent Shariah review
- Identify the exact instrument and whether it is a CFD.
- Document ownership/possession and settlement.
- Record leverage/margin and every fee.
- Provide current agreement and screenshots to a qualified scholar.
- Ask for a product-specific ruling.
- Re-review after any status, fee or term change.
Operational checklist
- Do not rely on the word “Islamic” in third-party marketing.
- Check the authenticated PA before every material overnight position.
- Keep adequate free margin; swap-free does not reduce price risk.
- Use local-language notes to record status and fees.
