Safe installation route
- PA ውስጥ account የMT4 ወይም MT5 መሆኑን ይመልከቱ።
- Official Exness platform page ይክፈቱ።
- Matching desktop installer ያውርዱ።
- Installer signature/source ያረጋግጡ።
- Numeric account፣ trading password፣ exact server ይጠቀሙ።
- በdemo ላይ quote፣ order፣ SL/TP፣ history እና reconnect ይፈትሹ።
Supported build baseline
Exness ከ1 July 2025 ጀምሮ MT4 Build 1440 እና MT5 Build 4755 ን ዝቅተኛ supported desktop versions ብሎ ይዘረዝራል። Help → About ውስጥ ያለውን build ይመልከቱ፤ saved old installer ከserver ጋር ላይገናኝ ይችላል።
Slow connection ላይ PC setup
- Installer/update በተረጋጋ network ያድርጉ።
- Market Watch ውስጥ የማያስፈልጉ symbols ይዝጉ።
- ብዙ charts እና indicators አይክፈቱ።
- Journal ውስጥ reconnect/error time ይመዝግቡ።
- EA ካለ connection loss በኋላ state reconciliation ይፈትሹ።
